The 2009 Acura RDX is a moderately easy car to maintain that’s a good fit for the more experienced car owners. The headlights can be easy accessed and removed by simply reaching behind the bulb housing. The battery is located right in the engine bay, with a simple bracket and non-remote terminals. The 2009 Acura RDX also comes with a transmission fluid dipstick, which is a nice perk that other similar models do not have.
There are some downsides to the 2009 Acura RDX. The fog light must be accessed from underneath the vehicle, and it’s a relatively tight fit overall. The center brake light has a rather tedious construction, as well, as many covers and screws need to be removed in order to access the bulb assembly. Lastly, the Bluetooth can be convoluted to set up as it requires voice activation and uses very non-descriptive menus.
