The lowering mechanism can grow rusted to the vehicle and be difficult to turn. Changing the fog light can be difficult, as you will have to peel down a panel, and remove some bolts, for access to the bulb. These steps can be a problem. You will have to remove torx bolts in order to access the tail light housing. The tools necessary may not be readily available for a repair.
