The 2006 Toyota Camry LE is a relatively easy vehicle to maintain, but does have its share of difficult procedures. You will have to use a few tools in order to peel down a panel for access to the fog light. Other models make this access easier. You will have to lower the glove box for access to the cabin air filter. This would have been easier if there were an access panel in the rear of the glove box instead. The brake fluid reservoir is not overly visible on this vehicle. This will make it hard to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis.
Some things are easier on the 2006 Toyota Camry LE. Changing the headlight with reliability is no problem, as you only have to reach behind the housing for access to the assembly. Changing the tail light bulbs is easy to do, as there is an easy to remove cover in the rear of the vehicle for access to the bulbs. Checking the transmission fluid level is no problem, as the dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay. Not every model includes this dipstick.
