The 2005 Infiniti G35 is a relatively difficult car to maintain when compared to other similar models. Accessing the tail light is a problem, as you will have to remove many fasteners and bolts, which will require many tools to complete. Many of the headlight bulbs are also difficult to access. You will have to completely remove the housing, which is a very difficult process for even the experienced car owner. You will have to remove the engine cover in order to reliably access the transmission fluid dipstick. While it is nice that this vehicle has this dipstick, this access can prove to be problematic.
Some things are easier on the 2005 Infiniti G35. The engine coolant fluid reservoir is easily accessible in the engine bay. This will allow you to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis. Checking the oil level is easy to do as, the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay. The components of the spare tire are easily accessible in the rear of the vehicle. This keeps the tire and jack kit ready to go in case of emergency.
